My overall impression was this is excellent value for money compared to similar products available. Delivery was good and the delivery price was a bargain. It all went together well but I was surprised there were no washers supplied to go behind the nuts used for bolting the crane parts together! The small metal ring designed for storage of the ram handle had broken off in transit. It only had two small spot welds holding it to the body of the crane, so was not that strong, although this in no way effects the working or quality of the crane and is no big deal. I have assembled but not used the crane yet and so far I am very happy with my purchase.
