HOW TO UNPACK:

-Take the mattress to the room of choice. Lay it down sideways in the middle of your bed.

-Tear off the adhesive tape and spread mattress on your bed.

-Carefully cut the plastic covering with a pair of scissors. Don not use blades or knives.

-Wait until mattress fully expands.

Order Dispatch

All orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number. Any items not received within 20 days of receiving the tracking link should be reported to us by email for us to investigate.
