The chair arrived with no notice, no dispatch email or one saying it had been delivered. I found it around the back of my house. It's fairly awkward to build, you have to push down rather hard on the back to line up the screw holes with the bottom, which makes screwing in bolts pretty hard. Definitely a two person assembly job (and not a 9 year old helping!). The chair looks lovely, and it mostly comfortable. The back isn't high enough (and I'm only 5"4) to rest my head against it without sloughing in the chair. If I hadn't already recycled the packaging, I actually think I'd send it back.
