Found this electric fire on line and seemed similar to other suppliers but at a better price. Easy to use and install into our new media wall. Only downside is that our remote control didn’t work, but Molly from customer service sorted out a replacement within a few days.
Looks great provides enough heat if we want to take keep our room comfortable.
Strongly recommend.
Unfortunately ive not taken it out the box as yet. As still waiting for chimney to be built. But excited to get it working. Great value for the 50in. Only thing I would say as a negative is there was no estimated delivery date. Reviews said within a 3- 5 days it wasnt. Evri delivered after delays their side then sent an email at 8am stating it was out for delivery which l then had to travel 2hrs from holiday in Wales for delivery. For then the delivery man tapped the door and walked off. What if I wasnt there. If it went missing who would have been stolen or weather damaged who responsible. But thats not this company's fault.
Just need delivery dates given.
I purchased this fire,after checking the reviews, and watching clips of the flame effect,,, I can honestly say I am not disappointed...I've looked at higher priced fires,, but the flame effect on this one is far superior, and for a very reasonable price...
