What customer service !

Yes you’re correct I did receive my order of a glass top patio table 14 days ago , however it was delivered damaged and unusable , clearly from the sound of the box the glass top was broken inside !
After at least a dozen e mails from my self and my husband on the delivery day of notifying you we still have received NO acknowledgment from your company , let alone any resolution of this. After much investigation and research it appears you don’t have a contact telephone number either just an email address that no one responds too, or a facebook page which again no one has responded too my message there or on instagram.
You clearly are very illusive , so to summarise the table was a very expensive mistake , completely useless to us .
We shall not recommend you to anyone and will be sure to make other potential customers aware of your lack of customer service and care.
I would however like to hear from you regarding this matter and how you will proceed to put this right.
